  • About Duane

As a vetran BPO executive I have extensive experience leading global operations  for large scale complex organizations across North America, South America, Europe and Asia.  With more than 21 years operational and project management experience as well as client management and new business development leadership expertise my service delivery experience spans several industry verticals including financial, utilities, consumer electronic and software services to name a few.

I have a proven track record building and growing business through spot on service delivery execution, driving improved quality and training, improved staffing models , workforce management and operational efficiencies.  I have successfully  implemented and led multiple sites and new client business across Canada, U.S., Latin America, Europe, India and the Philippines. Over the course of my career I have held several executive positions with Stream Global Services, Web.com and HTMT (Hinduja Group) as both a vendor and client operating multiple, complex and global operations.

Over the course of my twenty plus years in leadership roles my experiences and successes include expertise in full fiscal management of budgets in excess of $100M and revenues over $260M, client and vendor management, project management, process improvement (Six Sigma) and workforce management. I have been responsible for start up operations both onshore and offshore, merger and acquisition integrations, and most recently building Stream Global Service’s Asia operations from zero employees to over 10,000 in 18 months.

In my free time I very much enjoy spending time with my amazing daughters Jordan and Jessica, both remind me how lucky I’ve been in life. While they are still adjusting to life back in the US after living in Manila for a couple of years they are having fun and we seem to find great things to do in Dallas on the weekends. Thanks
to a couple of my former CEO’s I am now hooked on wine and enjoy trying new varieties and expanding my limited knowledge on the subject, and with luck that includes a great cigar after dinner.

I think one of the best parts of living in Dallas is access to great golf, and while I don’t get to play as much as I like I do get out from time to time and have the honor of playing some beautiful courses almost year round. Some of my favorite courses include Texas Star, Cowboys Golf Club and The Tribute, although playing “Tour 18″ a replica course of many of golf’s greatest holes is a fun day as well. I’ve also recently started to play tennis, but we’ll see how long that lasts in the Texas heat this summer.

And I think I would mention lastly my quest for knowledge, I enjoy reading and “research” which any of my past teachers or professors would probably find interesting as I didn’t enjoy any research growing up, the waves were just to good in Southern California…
